It does everything from telling us when to mail a direct mail piece to calling on the phone and leaving them a message on their answering machine. How we provide you with showing feedback every time. Buyer showing feedback is esential to selling a home. It help us to know what buyers and their buyers agents really thought of your home, its condition, the asking price, and helps point out anything that may be stopping buyers from buying it.
If you never know what a buyer’s honest opinion is there’s no way you could make changes that may be stopping your home from selling. How I provide you with feedback will allow you to receive feedback quickly and sell your home for more money.
When an agent shows a buyer your home they have to use an electronic key (that only agents have access to) to open the lockbox and get the key that opens your home. When using their key to open the lockbox it will notify our feedback system once the agent updates their key again. This then notifies our feedback system that they showed your home and then automatically sends them an email with a survey we set up requesting feedback. It is really hassle-free so most of them leave it for us. The agents see the request is coming from us so will leave their “real” buyer opinion of what they thought of your home. As soon as the agent fills out the feedback the survey will be emailed to you and our team. It will also be recorded on a website where you can track what every buyer thought of your home. (Note: The system automatically emails agents up to 2 times requesting feedback and then notifies you if they don’t).
